LIVE from club OFFICE opening party @ Riga (7)www.expatsnet.net
22.01.2010 21:25  Since this brand new and cosy club has free internet access we decided to perform a live reportage from it's opening party, so follow it and join the party after 23:00!!! Right now people are slowly gathering, suits and black coctail dresses are quite a dominance, because that IS the dress code- HOT OFFICE STYLE. So SUIT UP and come parteeeey! End of first news. Neeeext 22:25. Nothing much is happening, but people are coming more and more and DJ ELLA and her dancers is promised to be on stage very soon. Oh, there she is. Looking stunning by the way with her stylish and very interesting blouse (too bad I can not show it to you now, but looks a bit like LadyGaGa). Photographers from other media are going nuts. Ella sings first song together with all the guests- classical Latvian greeting song and Latvians are weirdly open and sing along. News are going to keep coming. Follow up! 23:16 A LOT of people here. We realized that here is a serious problem with leaving the coats and then getting them back reasonably fast, because the club is so small and there is no good place for leaving street clothes. Anyhow DJ ELLA's performance was not bad. Not bad at all. Now the artist is having a break and then she is going to come back on stage again. It seems that people around are having a good time.
Since we apreciate good designs and style things- club/bar Ofiss (Office) has a very simple, but still cosy design. Grey color is dominant, but the walls are decorated with different drawings, including our soon to be co-operation partner Pussy Energy drink logos and simbols. 00:01 Party is going on. Feels like even more people are here now, but thank God EXPATS has a table and is able to observe everything from a safe distance :D. But to be serious, we enjoy the party and people all around, only we would love a bit different music time to time, but what to do - when you are a guest you obey the rules of the host, don't you? :)
5 minutes ago here happened probably the hotest contest of the town ;). Two girls had to compete- who drinks the coctail sexier. Was cool.
Oh! Now inside fireworks with a loud noise and fun. Colorful thingies falling from the ceiling.
Now there's a beat-boxer on the stage- Edgars. Have no idea who is he... yet! 00:39 So... We still did not find out who excatly that guy was, but we know now that he won a vodka-speed drinking challenge half an hour before he was beat-boxing on the stage. So you can guess how it sounded. ;)

DJ Ella is back on stage. People are dancing and EXPATS feels like it is the right time to leave the party. You know what they say- leave the party before it is over and only then you will have the best possible after-taste ;).
