Open Air Vintage Festival Vol.2 in Riga on December 12th (6)Paula Ligere (LV)
11.11.2009 12:41  Not so long ago we wrote about the first Open Air Vintage festival in Latvia, but since the first one was such a great success, organizers decided to make the second one and it is your chance to take part in it as well. Young artists are welcomed with their creations, also people with exclusive vintage pearls up their sleeve are very welcome and basically all the people who have more than 10 awesome peaces to sell are welcomed to participate in Open Air Vintage festival Vol.2. In difference with Open Air Vintage festival Vol 1, the second one has a theme and dress code "Fairytale about the Russian winter". Organizers suggest getting your inspiration from films like Doctor Zhivago (2002), Anna Karenina (1998), Barber of Siberia (1998) and many, many others. Red lips, bright skirt, fox fur, Russian vintage bourgeoisie and many other inspirational details of the Russian Fairytale only one day in Riga (Dirty Deal Cafe Spikeri, 1st and 2nd floor). The fairytale begins at 11 o'clock on the 12th of December and ends at 18 o'clock same day, BUT after that there will be an after party with one of the best Latvian groups "Satellites LV" and a lot of fun time with memories of the fun day. I can quietly whisper that representatives from EXPATS team will also be there with different pretty and tasty things, so come if not as participant, then as a buyer or just a visitor of the magical event called Open Air Vintage festival Vol.2 "Fairytale about Russian winter". Search for our stand and you will be feasted with tasty homemade cookies and maybe also interested in our awesome selling goods (what exactly these things are will be a secret until the festival, so you have to come and check it out yourself!). The participants cost is 5 LVL from each person (4 LVL if you sign up till the 18th of November). The deadline for signing up is December 4. But if you simply want to visit the "Fairytale of Russian Winter" or buy something awesome then just come on 12th of December (the entrance is free, of course!) and check it out yourself!
